Zan's success in real estate is rooted in his knowledge of the market, his due diligence, risk assessment, and his execution. At Z. Angel Development, he orchestrates the development process from conception to completion, including the search, due diligence, and negotiation of all real estate acquisitions.

Previously, Zan spearheaded the extensive growth of Zankera Construction. In the last 3 years of his tenure he secured and satisfied over $8 million in speculative financing, completed the respective projects having a combined valuation exceeding $16 million, and oversaw the full service general construction arm.

His ability to satisfy all speculative financing and successfully complete the aforementioned projects in the midst of the economic crisis which ensued between 2007 - 2010 is a testament to his keen business sense and determination.

Zan has completed coursework towards an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University, has a BS in Accounting from St. Johns University, and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York Universities Shack Institute of Real Estate. He has also attained hands on Construction Management expertise and knowhow; he is a NYC Certified Construction Superintendent and a NYC Licensed General Contractor. In addition, he is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker.
